Internal or external? Do you have a training and development team? Have you implemented a train-the-trainer program for your managers? What key topics have you developed for your training programs, and can you share those programs? Are you familiar with NNAHRA’s Tribal Human Resources Professional (THRP I & II), Tribal Management Professional (TMP), and Tribal Adjudication Professional (TAP) certifications?

I am looking to develop our own Sexual Harassment Training for our Team Members, does anyone have recommendations on a certain program, and has anyone already developed their own training on the subject mentioned?

Hi Lynette,

I’m not sure if you’re part of SHRM but they have templates you can use to start your own training. I also would see if your payroll company has anything they could offer. I know ADP, Paycor and other companies have offered free training.
