DESCRIPTION:Tribal Management Professional (TMP) Certification \nThe TMP certification is a three-day\, in-person program that builds practical management skills in a culturally relevant context. The course includes modules on: \n\n\nTalent Acquisition \n\n\nBehavioral Interviewing \n\n\nPerformance Evaluation \n\n\nEmployee Engagement \n\n\nLeadership Development \n\n\nThis is a hands-on program designed for current and emerging leaders at all levels\, including HR and Training professionals who want train-the-trainer support. We are proud to announce a partnership with Michele Justice of Personnel Security Consultants and NNAHRA. Personnel Security Consultants (PSC) specializes in training for Tribes and Tribal Organizations who are working to comply with federal suitability requirements and to those who wish to improve their existing programs. \n*Please note there is a prerequisite component which must be completed no less than five (5) days prior to attending this certification program.
